Frequently Asked Questions Frequently Asked Questions

What types of goods do you transport?

Our main products include barley, wheat, millet, and flour, which are shipped either in bulk or in bags, depending on the order.
All goods are sourced from trusted suppliers in Russia and Kazakhstan and are accompanied by standard quality and origin certificates.

What is the transportation route and process?

The goods enter Iran through northern ports — primarily Caspian Port — and, after completing customs formalities, are transported by sealed trucks through the Bashmaq, Tamarchin, or Parvizkhan borders to Iraq.
All stages of transportation are carried out under the supervision and coordination of our team.

What are the payment and settlement terms?

Before trucks enter the port, the client transfers an amount equal to the freight cost of the first eight trucks as an advance payment.
Once loading begins, each shipment is settled step by step based on the weighbridge results and the agreed transportation schedule, ensuring a transparent and organized process.

Is it possible to sign a long-term contract?

Yes. For clients seeking continuous supply, we offer long-term cooperation and scheduled deliveries.
Such agreements provide pricing stability, consistent availability, and smoother logistics planning for both parties.

Who is responsible for transportation and related costs?

All transportation arrangements — including truck procurement, insurance, coordination, and freight payment — are the client’s responsibility.
Meanwhile, our team provides full support with documentation, customs coordination, and supervision of the loading process to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery.

Is the client required to provide a certain number of trucks each day?

To maintain loading efficiency and avoid delays at the port, it is recommended that the client arrange at least eight trucks per day for cargo transport.
If the number of trucks is reduced or delayed, the ready cargo may be reallocated to other buyers to prevent storage and demurrage costs.
